The Princeton Review, for 25 years, has been coming out with a list of best value schools, both public and private.

Here’s their newest list of “best value” public schools:

4. University of Virginia, Charlottesville
5. University of California — Berkeley
6. University of California — San Diego
7. University of California — Santa Cruz
8. University of Minnesota, Morris
